About Cavaliers
A dog club parent club, also known as a national specialty club, is a breed-specific club that represents the interests of a particular dog breed on a national level. Our parent club is The American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club (ACKCSC). The parent club is a wealth of information, including information on cavalier health, the breed standard, and the history of the breed.

If you are new to cavaliers, or looking to refresh your knowledge of the breed please visit the parent club website!

Cavalier Rescue
Thank you for your interest in Cavalier Rescue! Cavaliers of Puget Sound is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public on all aspects of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. One of these areas is Cavalier Rescue. The dogs that come through rescue are either from a shelter (abandoned or picked up as a stray) or an owner release (for personal reasons owner is unable to keep the dog).
Occassionally a club member from Cavaliers of Puget Sound will know,or have information about a dog that needs placed. One place to check is the breeder's listing as sometimes Adult dogs will be listed there and you can inquire about them from that source.

Cavaliers of Puget Sound normally refers all rescue inquiries to our National club ACKCS rescue trust. That address is https://www.cavalierrescuetrust.org/
